• We exhibited a very small diameter contact probe (85μm, with spring) compatible with 100μm pitch.

• We exhibited a ceramic sample with a φ80μm hole that is compatible with 95μm pitch.
• We also exhibited a very small diameter drill that can process ultra-fine holes (from 20μm) in a variety of materials.
